Macbook pro 10.2 identity crisis

My Macbook pro 10.2 running yosemite cannot be identified upon using the same login info that i use on apple.com website. When the same login info is used to on the pc to login to iCloud or App Store it can't identify it.

I sign in to iCloud in System Settings on Yosemite with Correct Apple ID and Password but it says they are incorrect and to sign in again. Anyone know the fix for this? I've tried deleting my user account, and recreating it. I can sign in fine on both Apple ID, and the iCloud websites, but my Mac won't let me sign in. I've tried removing special characters from my password. Not sure really where to go from here. Any ideas? Is there some preference location in the /System or /Library folders that holds a user-specific iCloud authentication setting?

iCloud account issue on MacBook Air Once I open may MacAir, system requested me to login iCloud. I attempted to login correct account/password. System prompt out the unknown issue as attached screenshot. (Sorry there is Traditional Chinese on this sentence: 發生未知的錯誤) Is there any one meet this issue before? I confirmed again on my iPhone6s to review Apple ID. it can work on that. Weird....

Is AppleID the same as iCloud ID? I'm having trouble installing updates to programmes. I'm being asked to insert password as though I were the administrator, but not recognising password for iCloud which I thought was the same thing. Can you explain difference? This is happening on my Macbook Air.
