iCloud account issue on MacBook Air

Once I open may MacAir, system requested me to login iCloud.

I attempted to login correct account/password.

System prompt out the unknown issue as attached screenshot.

(Sorry there is Traditional Chinese on this sentence: 發生未知的錯誤)

Is there any one meet this issue before?

I confirmed again on my iPhone6s to review Apple ID.

it can work on that.
