Icloud login

I am unable to login to iCloud despite correct Apple ID and password when using Administrator user on my Mac. A message stating "Verification failed. Unknown error has occured" keeps coming out.

Strangely, I can login to iCloud when using the other users on my Mac.

I called Apple Support and we did several reset but no success.

Need some advice on what to do?

iCloud account issue on MacBook Air Once I open may MacAir, system requested me to login iCloud. I attempted to login correct account/password. System prompt out the unknown issue as attached screenshot. (Sorry there is Traditional Chinese on this sentence: 發生未知的錯誤) Is there any one meet this issue before? I confirmed again on my iPhone6s to review Apple ID. it can work on that. Weird....

Icloud on my mac - difficulty logging in I am having difficulty logging into icloud from my trusted computer. It says "an error has occurred your password is incorrect". But the password I am using allows me access to icloud online as well as on my other 2 devices. How can I resolve this issue
