Rebuilding Database Error When Using Outlook

For the last several times in my Outlook email software, a few minutes into it, I get an error indicating that the Database needs to get rebuilt. Everytime I go through the process, it exits the system.


Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

Brute-force:

Upgrade to Office 2016, Office 2019, or to Office 365, if you’re not already running one of those.

Upgrade to High Sierra. Back up, check your key apps, check drivers for your printers and scanners, and upgrade.

Older Office releases are not supported, and are known to have issues on recent macOS releases.

Patch Office 2016 or 2019 to current, too.

Then if the problem persists, contact Microsoft; the app vendor.
