Gallery View in Mojave, Where is it?

Dumb question, I know. Running macOS 10.14 (no third extension given).

I'm looking for Gallery View in Photos. The example in "What's New in macOS Mojave" seems to show it there (although the heading of that page is 'Finder'.

Anyway, I can't even find the toolbar where its icon show up. All I have in that Toolbar (from L to R) is red, yellow, green buttons, back button, info, share, like, rotate, enhance, edit.

I've looked under View to see if I'm missing a option to see these buttons. Can't find it.

So the question: Where do I find it? Is there an Apple white paper that explains it better?
