Where is "View" in the menu bar on Mac Photos?

Support article mentions View in the menu bar. Where is "View"?

are you using Photos in Full Screen Mode? Go to normal mode to see the menu bar . in Photos on Catalina select an Album or goto the “all photos” view to be able to use the View Menu.

how do you show the sidebar in macOS photos version 7 After I upgraded to MacOS 12.5, Photos no longer shows the sidebar. You can get the lists of albums, etc., via the view menu, but you can't "pin" it anywhere. I have over 100 albums and the pull-down menu just doesn't work with that many albums. Is there any way to get the sidebar back?

I miss the ‘photos’ view under Libary to be able to see all photos. How to get that? After the last OSX upgrade the option is not visible anymore? Any idea to get this back? I already did a reinstall of OSX and a rebuild of the photos libary. See picture for the missing option.
