I have an iPad Air2. Downloaded the lasted iOS and the apps crash, can not connect to my iTunes account, mail will not download and andwhen going into settings it takes minutes for an application to respond and to connect to WiFi

IOS 13.3 cannot connect to app store Since IOS 13 on my iPad Pro 9.7" I am having trouble with the reliability of Dropbox and the App Store. Symptoms include: tapping to load Dropbox results in a white screen for ever until I press the home button or kill dropbox tapping the iTunes & App Stsore option in Settings hangs, after about 1-2 minutes the Settings app closes tapping the app store icon to load it and re-install dropbox, it says "cannot connect to app store" Restarting the iPad does not resolve the problem. Resetting the iPad does resolve the problem for a few days. After a few days all symptoms return. Any suggestions? Regards, Roger.

I can not install or update my apps from my ipad I had been trying to install & update my apps from my ipad but it wont go through. I had my ipad reset to factory setting and tried installing apps but still it wont download. An alert "could not be downloaded at this time" keeps on popping up. I dont know what to do.

Unfortunately you will need to fully restore your iPad to factory settings.
