Help! Rise of kingdoms is fraud

The game is Rise of Kingdoms, by Lilith games.

The company violated their terms of service by secretly giving away free stuff to their content creators to help them win versus players who pay real money for those same items. 

This creates unfair advantage and fills the company's pockets as regular paying players are trying to keep up with literally infinite resources of the content creator. 

I want all my money back, they (Lilith support) are not responding, this is fraud.
