Android phones don't have access to the App Store because they couldn't run any of the software there anyway. You need the Google Play Store - there are lots of apps there.

If by sign in with your Apple ID you mean create an iCloud account, you can't do that on Android. If you already have an iCloud account through having Apple devices you can access some functions - please see my post here:

The phone is a fake - a real Apple phone can't run Android any more than an Android phone can run iOS. You can't use it as if it were a real iPhone. Depending on how it's been set up you may be able to use it as an Android phone.
