Can not purchase app from App Store because wrong place of account

When I want to purchase or download app from App Store, it said that my account not in this store that my account not valid in u.s. store that I must switch to Indonesian store before purchasing. I’m in Indonesia, how could my account in u.s.? Help me!

When I want to change my country region, this was happened, still can’t even though I already cancel my Apple Music subscription.
