iPhone 11
Had this problem from the time I got my 11 Pro Max. Initially thought that a software update would fix but with the most recent update it got worse restarting on average every 45 minutes. Spent 2.5 hours with Apple support, they ran diagnostics and said it wasn’t a software issue and sent me to an Apple Store in BAton Rouge. A tech, Cody, ran diagnostics and everything passed. He said the protocol was to try to factory restore the phone, and if that didn’t work to replace it. Spent another hour restoring the phone and immediately after he set it up it rebooted twice! He immediately told me they would replace the phone but that he needed to run additional deeper diagnostics on the affected phone. The results were “phone will start but there are other power issues” which I understood to mean that the issue was an internal, intermittent power fault causing the reboots. This problem only showed up on the last diagnostic test.
Anyway 2.5 hours with Apple support, 1.5 hours with Cody, I have a new phone that so far has not exhibited any problems. Hope this helps.

I had this exact same problem. The answer that the Apple support person gave below will not help. Check your data analytics. If it is an iPhone 11 Pro, you will find it under settings-privacy-analytics and improvements. Select analytics and improvements then analytics data on the next screen. Scroll down and look through every thing. If you see any thing that says “panic file” or the word panic before it, you have found the problem. Mine did this. When you see these panic files, it means there is a problem with the logic board (that is what they said at the geniius bar when I brought it in). It is a factory defect and needs to be replaced. In other words, the iPhone was having panic attacks. I got my replacement on the spot and the new one has been refectory.
The problem with mine resolved to- with a replacement. After all the Troubleshooting, it would generally work for 3 days then the problem started all over again. Check in you data analytics folder and if you see a bunch of files that start with the word “panic” then the problem is a defective logic board and needs to be replaced. If you see panic files. The problem will come back. The only solution is replacing the phone. And that is what warranties are for.
Returned iPhone11to Apple store, they confirmed it was a hardware problem, noting panic log files.
They handed me a new replacement in 5 min. No problems at all so far, it’s been two weeks!
Wish I had returned it sooner, I was dealing with the restarts everyday for a month!
Not happy about loosing my screen protector on the first phone, needed to buy it again on the new phone. Apple employee suggested I just lie and tell the place that I bought the protector from, ”that it fell off and need a new one.”
did you use your backup on iCloud and migrate all data from old iOS? Because what was recommended for me in iDream is to clear everything, patch usiany dfu with the latest Software and start using Iphone on the clean iOS - maybe restoring from backup and backup itself causing the issues.
I had to replace in the end. If you look in the Data Analytics folder within settings and scroll down, if you see a load of files with the prefix PANIC, then it's the same issue I had and a hardware problem.
My replacement phone has been fine thus far
My girlfriends iphone 11Red is doing the same.Left it for exchange in a shop in sthlm yesterday.
I have a 11pro it works fine. Her phone just restarts.Ive done everything reset the phone install new ios and apps.Still restarting now and then.Last time she was wrtiting a sms, then restart.
I have checked the analys logs in her phone it says full panic mode on a few.I know this is a hardware issue probably ram memory.
Panic mode logs or full panic mode logs are not good.

I had the issue of random restarts in my iPhone 11pro....was replaced after lot of visits to Apple Care.... Now the replacement phone also got into the same problem and its back with Apple Care.
Really disgusted. Seems a major problem with problem with the logic board of the phone. Both the times phone log was full of those panic.Full.xxx files...
One panic file gets created for each restart of the phone is what I have noticed. No amount of resetting or formatting the phone helps.
I was having the same problem. I connected it to mac Mac Book Pro. After doing a backup in iTunes I clicked on restore iPhone then restore from backup. It's been good for 3 days. Good luck.

My 11 Pro was too. I went to the store and the tech said it was a bad logic board he replaced the phone and it's been good for 3 weeks. Also bluetooth wouldn't connect to my 2018 Jeep now it does.
If you go to the analytics on the phone (settings - privacy - analytics) and look for the panic logs. Send those to Apple. There is a problem with these devices.
Mine was too. Tech said it was a bad logic board and replaced the phone.
i had to do a hard reset, erase all content and data and start over fresh not from a backup. Try it mine hasn’t done the restart since and is working perfectly.
