I downloaded my music Library from iTunes but when I select a playlist I don't see any songs.

Please help.

Have you recently changed computers? Signing into your Apple ID gives access to your purchase history, but unless you subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match that won't include playlists or other non-purchased media.
