my music that I have bought off the iTunes Store is downloaded on to my library but whenever I put it into a playlist it deletes itself from the playlist, but is still in my library. it only happens to some songs though even though I've bought them all off iTunes.
the songs that aren't in bold are the ones that aren't downloading, how can I get rid of this?

That little circle means that iTunes cannot locate the file. Have you done anything to your library lately, any movement of files? I believe you are going to have to help iTunes to locate those files again. Go into the library and click to play one of the files. You may get an error that the file cannot be located, and do you want help to locate them. You can also right-click on the song and go to Get Info, and one of the tabs will show the file location. Make sure that is still a valid file location. You may have to do that for multiple files.

Music won't download
