Hello Libertystation,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that you're unable to connect your iPhone to your hearing aids after an iOS update. You've come to the right place for a resolution.

I would like to start by ensuring that you've updated your iPhone to the latest iOS, which is iOS 13.1.2:

Next, let's turn Bluetooth off, then on again from Settings > Bluetooth. Ensure your hearing aids are in pairing mode, then try to pair them again:

If you're still unable to connect your hearing aids after trying those steps, I would like to collect a few more details. Here are some questions that would be helpful to answer:

  1. What is the brand and model of the hearing aids?
  2. What happens when you try to connect them?
  3. Can you pair the hearing aids to another iOS device or do you have another Bluetooth device that can be paired to this iPhone?

Cheers!
