Upgrade ios 13.1.2 on Iphone 7 Mophie Not Working (wired charge)

Hello,

I upgraded to iOS13.1.2 on my iPhone 7 and now my Mophie juice pack (purchased from Apple) will not allow charging of the iPhone from wired mini-USB. Additionally, the upgraded software prohibits the ability of connecting to my Apple CarpPlay enabled car radio via mini-USB. Lastly, the iPhone will not accept charging from the Mophie with or without a power cord via mini-USB.

iOS13 has rendered my Mophie useless. (Stating again that I purchased from Apple and attempting wired charging only).

It appears that the new iOS13.1.2 is filtering or prohibiting the Mophie from connecting. I have tried multiple Mophie (spouse has iOS12 and is working perfectly. Mine worked perfectly prior to the upgrade to iOS13).

Have attempted all troubleshooting per usual upgrades.

Can you please provide a path? The Mophie is still for sale on Apple website as an approved battery case charger.

This is a user-to-user limited technical support site operated by Apple, you are shouting at people like yourself, not Apple staff. Have you updated to 13.2.2? Do that if you haven't then if it doesn't work click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page and report it.

Thanks so much for using Apple Support Communities. It's great to have you here. I see from your post, you're having trouble charging your iPhone with your Mophie battery case charger.

Are you able to charge your iPhone with the adapter that came with your iPhone?

I Have exactly the same issue. ZAGG thought I was nuts and simply replaced the case. New case didnt work at first. Worked for a week, and now does not work. The case is NOT the problem as the case charge another Iphone 7 plus that has NOT been upgraded to IOS13.

PLEASE FIX THE HORRIBLE IOS13 to allow Mophie case to work again.

Les,

The issue is not that the phone won’t charge, but that the Apple purchased mophie battery pack is not supported with the update to 13.1.2. Please fix bugs so the mophie is compatible again.
