Let's start by ensuring that you've updated your iPhone to the latest iOS version, then check for and install any available carrier settings update:



If the alert still appears, do you have more than one active cellular plan? If so, this alert can be expected when you switch between active lines:


Using Dual SIM with an eSIM - Apple Support


If you do not have more than one active line configured on your iPhone, and you're still experiencing the alert after trying those steps, I suggest reaching out to Apple Support:
