Driver not installed , Itunes message

Itunes is not recognizing my iphone. I have followed all the steps to update driver and still no luck. Message is Itunes is waiting for windows to install the driver for the iphone. You may need to use windows setting app to check for update. I also did that. Im using the new Iphone 11 pro max. Thanks for any suggestions.
