Callers hear their own echo when on any kind of call with my new phone.

I just got the Iphone 11 Pro Max, and ever since the first day, callers hear their own voice echoed while on the phone with me. It can be a regular phone call, a FaceTime call, or a Whatsapp call. The callers hear an echo in every scenario. I switched carriers and got a new sim card (I bought the Iphone unlocked from the Apple store), and the issue remains the same. I restarted my phone, and tried all the tricks recommended online. Anyone else? How can I fix this problem?

Hey there shira2020,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. I understand you’re hearing an echo while on calls across multiple apps. I’ll be happy to help with this.

To verify, do you have any Bluetooth devices or accessories connected to your iPhone? If so, remove and disconnect those and then try again.

If that doesn’t help, go through the steps in this link to make sure your iPhone’s mics are working as expected:

If the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch aren't working

If you’re still having issues after this, you may want to reach out to Apple Support using the following link. They can look further into this with you:
