Safari won’t let me log into facebook

I have been trying to log into Facebook through safari now for about a week. Ever since the new update, iOS 13.1, I’m having a really hard time logging in. I’ve cleared the website data, cookies, and even restarted my phone. It doesn’t even tell me that something is wrong, it just totally refreshed the page. If someone can give you some insight, that would be great.
