When I open Safari on my iPhone 11, Facebook comes up and I can't close it

when I open Safari Facebook comes up and I cant close it.

Safari won’t let me log into facebook I have been trying to log into Facebook through safari now for about a week. Ever since the new update, iOS 13.1, I’m having a really hard time logging in.
