i just boght an iphone 11 256 from wienna austria 5 days ago and now every time i recive a phone call , phot rings but silent, i always need to hard reset the phone and it will ring normally after i ha g up all incomming call are again silent when ringing i checked all things fron silent to anything i reseted my phone 10 times already

I’m having similar issues. Sometimes I have sound and sometimes I don’t. Just started yesterday. No sound when alarm went off. No calls or texts came through either. Sometimes they will and sometimes nothing. I have the iPhone X.
I bought an iPhone 11 256Gb the weekend after it came out. I am having a similar issue as my phone just stops ringing on incoming calls, I receive text, calendar, etc. notifications through my apple watch. As everyone else stated I do a hard reset on the phone, which restores ringing for a while but then I get texts from friends and family indicating calls are going straight to voice-mail. I've checked all the normal items...anyone at Apple want to weigh in on possible issues?
To be very specific about my problem ... my phone has all sounds and alerts , just ot goes silent for Incommimg calls...
