iCloud
In Safari, I type iCloud.com and just get the circle. Have waited up to a half hour still nothing. I went into Chrome on my computer and I am able to pull up ICloud. Please advise. Thanks

If I'm understanding correctly, you are having trouble with accessing iCloud.com while using Safari. I will be glad to assist.
Let's try clearing your browsing history, then quit Safari and try again:

If the issue persists, then try safe mode:
Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac
