iPhone 11 13.2 incomming Callas ringtone are NO SOUND

just boght an iphone 11 256 from wienna austria 5 days ago and now every time i recive a phone call , phot rings but silent, i always need to hard reset the phone and it will ring normally after i ha g up all incomming call are again silent when ringing i checked all things fron silent to anything i reseted my phone 10 times already

please help

phone sound issues sound issues after placing phone on silent whenever I place my iphone 12 on silent - after taking it off silent, I cannot hear any incoming calls. It's as though it remains on silent. I have tried turning the phone on and off, but it is still not making a noise. It has Lock Sound on... I do not know what this is... but maybe that is causing it. I changed the ringtone and that seems to have fixed it. This happens all the time.

Same with me and I’m very angry. iPhone SE that was working perfectly until I did the 13.1.2 upgrade.

Incoming calls, texts and emails are all silent for me. Was on the phone with Apple support for over two hours and got nowhere. Very frustrating.

And you are running which version? iOS 13.1.2 or 13.2?

To be very specific about my problem ... my phone has all sounds and alerts , just ot goes silent for Incommimg calls...

Well NexT Weekend i m Ginna sue them, Wien i boght my iphone i pay 1000euro in 1 min , And îs broken and they Say to wait 5-12 days???????
