I am hitting the Change password in my settings but it is not taking me further. It gives the loading signal then stops and does nothing. What do I do? Someone in another country is signing into my Apple ID....

Someone from China is using my number or Apple ID. I need to change my password. I am hitting Change Password, but it is not taking me any further. It acts like it’s loading and then does nothing. What do I do?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device

If necessary

Hard reset

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
