MacOS won't download
It has been like this for about 30 minutes

Plenty of people are downloading Catalina right now, and that number is likely to increase. Apple's servers are probably overloaded.
If you think it will never progress, you might as well restart your Mac. It may or may not pick up where it left off. If I were you I'd just let it continue.
