About Battery Health (Maximum Capacity) on iPhone XR

I bought a new iPhone XR during May 2019. I really appreciate the battery backup of this phone. It sticks like a glue. But recently I've discovered that the Maximum battery capacity has gone down from 100% to 97%. Does this mean that the battery has now started downgrading? Should this be a point of concern?
