Updated from OSX Mojave to OSX Catalina and now getting - Some Account settings will not be availible until you sign in again. Click on continue and follow the prompts. As soon as I click anywhere else it start all over again and same message appears. Any ideas? Constantly have "1" at System Preferences.

Fixed - I found my fix so this may help you. I simply turned everything off on iCloud Setting and then signed out of my Apple ID on the Mac and signed back in and set everything back up. Doesn't seem to be prompting me anymore. Happy Days.

Unfortunately, I am having the same issue. I do use iCloud Keychain. I will try rebooting to see if that resolves it, otherwise perhaps I need to sign out of iCloud and back in?
I had the similar issue. It's trying to activate iCloud Keychain which I don't use. Did several tries, I disabled it right away in iCloud setting once it's successfully activated.
Some Account settings will not be available until you sign in again. Constant issue.
