You need to be running Mojave to get the latest updates. You posted in the High Sierra community so I'm not sure if you are.
Thanks, my mistake. I am running Mojave OS 10.14.6...I just noticed that Apple released 10.15 yesterday and lots of people might be downloading. I can't even get the Update page to come up today.
