Turning off sounds on my hearing aids.

My Iphone is the Xr IOS 13.1.2. The Hearing aids are Oticon OPN 3 miniRITE and the phone app is version 2.0.0. Lately I hear every sound through my hearing aids. For example, when I press the lock button on the side of the phone I hear the "click" sound in my hearing aids. Also, when my RING doorbell detects motion through the hearing aids. I also hear text message notifications as well as email notifications. I enjoy streaming me music playlist, but how can I turn off the other notification sounds?
