money sent through apple pay was never actually deposited into my apple pay

Both of my parents have sent me money through applepay recently, and neither of them have been deposited into my applepay account. I have used applepay perfectly fine before so I don’t know why it isnt working. Ive checked to make sure my “manually accept payments” wasnt on, and followed all of the steps to get there but I literally dont have the option to see manual vs automatic payments. The cash says its been “received” but my account is still $0.
