How do i stop my emails from auto deleting? Even messages I’ve saved auto delete. I’m constantly losing important information. They don’t auto delete on my Pc only on the mail app

Double check your mail settings, ask your mail provider or look at their support site.
I’ve tried all of the above. There is nothing in mail settings other than the ask before deleting button, which is checked to on.
What did your mail provider say?
That it’s a problem with the phone
That all they said? They didn't do any troubleshooting steps? Like delete and reinstall the mail account?
That was all done yes. I have no issues with it on my pc it seems to be an issue with the iPhone only
