Preboot folders

Since updating to macOS Catalina l now have 2 surplus folders Preboot and Preboot 1 both dating back to 2017, although they don't seem to causing any problems they are annoying - can they be safely deleted?

Hi, I'm the author of Find Any File and other macOS file and disk tools.

I like to help figuring this out.

If you still have an older macOS version (pre-10.15) that you can boot from, do that, and then locate the Preboot folder on the "... Data" volume, then try to hide that, either with the "sudo chflags hidden /path/to/Preboot" Terminal command or with my tool (get it for free from http://findanyfile.app) by searching for it in root mode (hold down the option/alt key before clicking the Find button) and then right-clicking on the found Preboot folder and choosing "Hide".

Let me know if that works or not.
