this green shadow appears to my Apple Watch series 5 from the first day

Reset your watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.

I have sent the watch to an authorized service...there was there for about 20 days....they told me tha the watch is ok in all tests....the issue is still there...the problem is still there...unfortunately I leave in Greece and we don’t have an official apple store....
