repeated fuse messages with catalina

I am getting repeated, and highly annoying, "Unsupported macOS Version" messages regarding Fuse: "The installed version of FUSE is too old for the operating system. Please upgrade your FUSE installation to one that is compatible with the currently running version of macOS." I have updated to osxfuse 3.10.3, the newest release I can find, but still these boxes are jumping up almost every 15 seconds. Anyone know how to kill this?

Ok, this actually solved the problem and stopped the FUSE/ShareFile incessant popups. This is the best info I got so far. I needed to update Citrix SF. Check out this thread: https://community.sharefilesupport.com/citrixsharefile/topics/citrix-files-for-macos-catalina

Update whatever is using FUSE. In my case it was Citrix ShareFile. See the link I posted below to a thread about updating to a version of Citrix that works with Catalina. I was getting the same error message (5 times, every 15 seconds) that you wrote above. I couldn't tell it was ShareFile that was at issue, because all it mentions is FUSE and it appears to come from Apple's OS, not any software. Then, I saw there was the S icon on the message and made the connection that it might be related to ShareFile.

Hi there, BPusey.

I see that a third-party application called "FUSE for macOS” is causing your Mac to display a message that the application isn't supported on macOS Catalina. Good job in updating the application, and I'm glad to help.

Contact the developer, Benjamin Fleischer, for help. Remove the plug-in for now. Apple's position is that they are not responsible for third-party software. Thus, we don't provide support in these forums.
