Is there a fix as the lack of a FUSE update has me not able to use programs since the update to Catalina.

It appears during the install of the Catalina OS, TV & Photo directory have not been set again. Simply open the following from Launchpad: 1- Music 2- TV 3- Podcast 4- Photo Complete each one of above configuration and set their directories. The issue will go away when you disconnect the iPad/iPhone then connect. This worked for me and it was the quickest and easiest fix. I am surprised Apple has not released anything about this potential fix.

You will have to contact the developers of your software for updates.
