All my purchased apps from Apple Store in my macbook has gone after install the new MacOS Catalina. Anyone else with this problem? Obviously i'm using the same apple id I was using in MacOS Mojave.

This works for me:
Install a free AppleStore app. After a few minutes your past purchases will appear. If not, please update your payment details (this may be the same as your payment details). Then download a free app and wait a few minutes.
Do you have more than one Apple ID? If so, sign out and sign back in with the Apple ID you may have used when you bought your apps. Then download them.
I just did an upgrade, had no issues at all and all my apps and files are where i left them and performance seems as good or better. my ~/Documents folder seems different but I'm sure it's just an iCloud paradox i'll figure out. I had nothin in it anyway - cause 1/2 the time it's iCloud shared I 3/4 of the time keep things on my local drive folders.
I only have one Apple ID. I find another topic in this forum with a lot of people with the same problema in MacOS Catalina.
Yes, I found that also and after looking have the same issue as yourself and others.
