Is there a PrintShop that is compatible with Mac-Catalina OS? I work for a school and do the marketing, therefore in need of an Upgraded PrintShop - if not, any idea of when there might be one coming out?

I am willing to pay for an upgrade to 64 bit. I know it is not a trivial upgrade.
I am hoping that the two companies fighting over the upgrade decide to allow us to open our old photoshop files within it.

You might also give a look at Swift Publisher 5. It does a lot of what Print Shop does.
Does it do greeting cards?
Yes, I did that and it works. A good workaround for now.
I tried to down grade back to Mojave but Apple store said it was not possible. I am so frustrated because my computer updated automatically.
Give Pages a try. It has brochure templates you can modify.
