How to change admin picture to memoji?

I created a Memoji and it comes up on everything except my iMac & MBP main login page, ie admin picture. I can't seem to find that option available. Am I missing something? Is there a location on Catalina where you can create/change the Memoji? Or is it just on iPhone? I've included pics to illustrate what I am asking... hopefully it make sense.... iCloud pic is what I want, but the admin options do not include the Memoji (that I can find).

When you change your picture on your phone, you are offered the choice of photo or Memoji. After you create the Memoji image, you are then asked if you'd like to change your picture just on your phone or everywhere. I chose everywhere in iCloud and it swapped the image on my lappy.

So I figured out how to do it... sort of. I messaged my self my Memoji. Then I saved it to my photos. The on my Mac I replaced my admin photo with the photo of my Memoji. I still can't access my Memoji from my Mac, but at least I figured out how to change the login photo... in case anyone else was wondering.

If anyone know a better way or a way to send Memoji's from Mac, let me know.

Yep... I did all that. It changed the iCloud pic but not the admin pic. Also, I can't use the Memoji in iMessage on Mac... only iPhone.
