iOS 13 Podcasts app using GB of Cellular data

Today my phone when nuts downloading a whopping 18GB of podcast data while on cellular. It turns out that I got my new iPhone 11 Pro within days of my billing cycle. So the attached screenshot show that the podcasts app alone consumed ALL of my plan data. I only subscribe to 7 podcasts.

Is anyone else having this problem?

PS I turned off cellular data for podcasts to stop the bleeding!
