There is a minor glitch in the iOS update; apps keep closing (mainly the App Store) and it returns me to the Home Screen. I have contacted Apple Support about this and they told me to reinstall the update. This glitch is not caused by storage on the iPad because I have 103.1GB. I recommend waiting until a new update comes.

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?
I have tried restarting and have contacted Apple Support and they have told me to uninstall the update—I did, it didn’t work. I believe it is just a glitch, as my friends have had glitches with the iOS update as well. So I guess I will wait for a future update.
Did Apple support actually walk you through uninstalling the update?

That’s what I am questioning too. If the advisor walked them through on how to uninstall the update over the phone then it makes me wonder if they were actually speaking to someone at Apple.
