Touch screen keyboard on iPad

My touch screen keyboard on my iPad has jumped up to the middle of the screen and makes it difficult to type. How can I fix this?

Why is the keyboard on my iPad mini 5 (A2126) blocking items as I type? Software 15.4.1 Since a recent upgrade or since I did something stupid, my keyboard is raised up from it’s usual position at the bottom of the screen. It blocks most things I am trying to type. Keyboard position on my Ipad Recently the keyboard is appearing in the middle of the screen, unable so view what I’m typing. Want to move to bottom but can’t find out how, tried dragging or finding something in Settungs, no luck

Tap and hold the keyboard icon in the lower right hand of the keyboard until it display dock, then tap dock.
