Change the Keyboard Layout:

1. Go Here: Add or Change Keyboards - iPad User Guide - Apple Support
2. As it Reads: "Change the keyboard layout. Go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards, select a keyboard, then choose a layout."
