If you don't own an iPhone, you can't even apply for an Apple Card.

Support for AppleCARD is actually Goldman-Sachs - accessed from within the Wallet App on the iPhone

You can't have an Apple Card if you don't own an Apple product, since you can only Apply for one via an Apple product, an iPhone.

As such you would need to use that Apple product you applied with to pay it.

If you had an iPhone and no longer have one, then there is no way to pay the Apple Card.
