I had indeed 2 accounts with admin power. I signed in the second account and after a while the prompt disappeared. Thanks for the suggestion. Apple should anyway publish a warning about this problem which impeded me to synchronise since the upgrade to Catalina.

Hi JojoWild,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! It's my understanding that you are seeing a continuous prompt to accept Terms & Conditions on your MacBook. I am happy to help.

To confirm, are you seeing a prompt to accept iCloud Terms & Conditions after updating to macOS Catalina? If so, navigate to System Preferences > Internet Accounts. If prompted for authentication, enter the password for your iCloud account.

If you have a secondary iCloud account on your Mac that has not yet agreed to the Terms & Conditions, you'll want to complete that step next.

Reach back out if you need continued support. Or, if you're experiencing something other than what's stated about, provide me more specific details, please.

Thank you.
