After upgrading Iphone SE to ios 13.1.2 I can't setup Touch ID. I only get the message:
Can't setup touch ID. Please try again later.

I've search everywhere and ther is no such thing as genius bar in Wroclaw. Yes we have authorized reseller iSpot.
Some people mention Berlin (Germany) but I will not go there just to ask why software upgrade made my iPhone partially unusable.
I hope more people with the same issue will join this thread and maybe someone will have a solution for it
I've tried also to reset all settings and still the same error:
unable to complete Touch ID setup.Please go back and try again later (I have the message in Polish: Nie mozna aktywowac Touch ID na tym iPhonie)
Touch ID is disabled for all options and Add fingerptint is grayed out. Whenever I try to enable touch ID for any of the options I get the the setup new fingerprint screen for 1 sec and the screen with error message:
Error. Unable to complete Touch ID setup. Please go back and try again later
After upgrading to 13.1.3 nothing changed. Still the same error
There's no iPhone 5SE.

I got it from apple store and it has never been repaired.
Make a genius bar appointment with Apple for an evaluation.
They have diagnostic tools and can tell you what options you have.
I'm afraid we don't have it in Poland... The touch ID was working just before the update to 13.1.2. It must be the software problem.
How did you get iPhone in an Apple Store then?
FYI: If it a software bug then you see more since there are a few 10 of millions of iPhone SE in use.
FYI: Authorised Reseller(s) are not Apple Store.
