Touch ID

I can’t set up my Touch ID on my iPhone 5s? Upon trying the message “Unable to complete Touch ID setup” appears.

iPhone 5s, iOS 12

See this guide, and follow all the steps provided here:--> If Touch ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If the issue still persists, it could be a hardware problem. Make an appointment and have your 5s inspected at an Apple Store or authorized Service Provider:--> Apple – Location Selector
