Spotify Billing

Around last year I had subscribed to Spotify Premium using my Android phone (which is the subscription was made through Google Play and the payment was charged to my phone bill) but last month, I already unsubscribe it through Google Play as well. Recently I change my phone to Iphone and just checked my phone bill for this and its turns out that my Spotify Premium plan were charged through Itunes. I already had get in touch with Spotify Cares and they have suggested that I should get in touch with Itunes since I were charged through it starting this month. Here I attached the proof. It was written in Malay since I am from Malaysia. This statement basically saying that Itunes have charge me RM 15.90 for Spotify Premium plan that I already unsubscribe.

I already checked my itunes account, and the only thing that I saw is my Student Plan subscription for Apple Music and thats that. Also I have checked my Google Play Store, the subscription list is zero. Nothing. And I already unsubscribe it through spotify itself but still got charged by Itunes.
