what is AMPDevicesAgent?
Your keychain password is you login password. When you start or boot your system, it either starts at a login screen requiring a login password, or goes directly to your desktop, bypassing the login password. If you are at your desktop, go to "System Preferences" -> "Security and Privacy" -> "General" -> top line to change your login password. However, you still need your old password to change your password. If you don't know your login password, the only way to fix it is to get Apple tech support to assist you. From a security and privacy perspective, it makes no sense to have a login password that anyone can easily change, but the "root" user can -- and that is Apple.
On an iPhone? Never saw that.
Okay, I'll ask hosts to move your question to Mac Community.

Hi, I've got the same problem, when attempting to back-up my phone..
..But I cannot remember my keychain password, is there any way to retrieve this or disable the AMP AgentDevice ??
Direct from Apple Support: AMPDevicesAgent is a phishing scam. Do not accept.
So how am I to retrieve my keychain password (I’ve got no idea what that was..!) to enable the AMP DeviceAgent ?
Go to /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AMPDevices.framework and have a look. For example, check the resources folder, it's definitely from Apple so you shouldn't worry.
Yes, it comes up every time I connect my iPhone to my iMac to back it up. (I suppose it happens every time because I have always selected deny.)
