Transfer of puzzles to new ipad
I have a new iPad. How do I transfer the puzzles I have purchased from app Jigsaw Puzzle to new iPad?

If you configure your device to back-up to iCloud, when you activate your new device, you have the option to restore from your backup. This should ensure that all your App data is replicated onto your new iPad.
If not already done, to enable iCloud backup:
Settings > [Your AppleID] > iCloud > iCloud Backup - select ON - then tick everything
Alternatively, you could backup your device (using iTunes) to your PC/Mac.
