Catalina iTunes e-mail for downloads does not work

With Catalina, I get an e-mail that a new TV show episode is ready and a link to "Download Now". The link appears to work, but the show or movie does not show up anywhere in MacBook iTunes or TV libraries. Where do the downloaded show episodes end up on MacBook?

mail program for mac OS -other than outlook or mail I am very unhappy with the microsoft office 365 solution outlook email program on my mac mini with macOS Monterey, V12.4! Do you have any other recommondation converning email programs? Thanks!

email from Thunderbird import issues on a MacBook Thunderbird (an email program from Mozzila) has a version that installs (and works) on a MacBook Air. Thunderbird also has an import feature, however I can not make this work. Has anyone ever managed to import the settings and email from a PC to an MacBook Air? Where can I copy a working folder from my PC to my new MacBook Air so that the Thunderbird import feature can find it. Conversely, can one copy the folder "someplace" and do a fresh install of Thunderbird and everything works.. like it does in Windows. Be very grateful if anyone could help. Thank you for your time

Should be Apple TV app > Library > TV Shows. If you're signed into your Apple ID then you should have access to all of your locally stored content and any unhidden purchases in the cloud.
